orange hair

It looks a bit like Tavi Gevinson's style. A little bit granny-ish. One cloth wrapped over another cloth.
For me, it’s instructable, at least at first view. For most it looks likely to clap so composed, but in reality all these clothes are lovingly compiled. Colors that are normally used in the fashion industry do not coincide, dares to combine Vivienne Westwood. The makeup of the models looks a bit smeared.
Fashion can not be voided just. If you wear a baggy sweater, ‘cause you want say “Fashion is useless”,
that will us show even more how important fashion is for you. And therefore is that a great collection, because it has a wonderful charm of how lovingly but yet a little bit sloppy cover over the models.
Actually I’ve received an email, with the wish that I post over Vivienne Westwood platform shoes, but these collection is so, so, so great, that I dedicate my attention to her first time. Have a very nice, nice day!

anuschka anuschka

Anuschka Hoevener is a Fashion Designer, who lives and works in Berlin. I discovered her, or let say a showroom of her, when I was walking down Kastanienalle. I looked through the store window and I was thrilled. It’s interesting how she can give a smart woman an rough and male appeal. As your probably already found out, I love such this kind of woman’s fashion absolutely. How ever, the pictures on her homepage are perfect. God, this wonderful concrete floor. Enjoy to look at it.

Simple white

Tze Goh is a Fashion graduate from Central Saint Martins College London. Her collection is very minimalistic. She uses only one color: white. And also the shape is quiet simple.
But wait … why a post, if it’s ordinary simple? So Tze Goh prefers simple forms. But she designed giant collar, extreme wide shoulders and giant capes. It puts a big tention, because most designers always and every time wont to have something extraordinary. That’s right, but as I understand Goh’s collection, she wants her customer to imagine the colors by them self.
You can make the most wild fantasies in your head. Because the simple white offers a lot of room for these ideas.
But in praising we wont be minimalistic. Very very nice!

harpies and sirens

They look like harpies and sirens. Like goddess of beauty. They hairs are combed backwards; they are tiny and look symmetrical. Wrapped into tulle dresses or golden shining dresses but they don’t look overloaded. They enchant the picture. They look with a strong expression but also roboters like. Yes, they are the models of the collection ‘Duality’ of Jan Taminiau.
An important roll plays the heavy ancient hand woven Chinese cloth and also the embroidered fabric.
Jan Taminiau defines in this collection the woman’s silhouette new, broad shoulders, slim and long necks and for all he doesn’t emphasize the waist. Concerning colors he hangs back ‘cause Eggshell color, light blue, crème color and a little bit gold aren’t dominant colors. Anyhow Taminiaus recent collection is a real eyes spectacle, never to be forgotten so quickly. Definitely I lift the shining thumb up.

Origami

Alexandra Verschueren is a Fashion Design graduate of the ‘Royal Academy of Fine Arts Antwerp’. Her collection 2010 medium is magnificent. Because it’s the best example for that fashion is an art, but not only things to put on. For this collection she designed clothes made of paper. She combined with clothes made of textile. Her clothes haves sometimes colorful lines and also paintings just done by child.
Most recently a lot of young designer use paper, because you can constitute something sculptural by paper. Few years ago, this was quiet exceptional.
So then, Alexandra Verschueren, you did really excellent work.
